We offer refunds under limited circumstances to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our business. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Usage-Based Limitation: No refunds will be issued once a user has utilized more than 10% of our services, including but not limited to QBank access, video lectures, and practice exams.
  • Time-Based Limitation: No refunds will be issued after 24 hour from the date of sign-up, regardless of usage.
  • Technical Issues: If a user experiences persistent technical issues that prevent access to our services, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made fraudulently or without the account holder’s authorization, a refund may be issued upon verification.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day window or 10% usage threshold.
  • Digital products and downloadable content.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases, including group subscriptions or special offers.
  • One-time purchases such as mock exams, tutoring sessions, or premium features.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and may request additional information.
  3. Approval or Denial: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days  but may take more time and credited back to the original payment method. If denied, you will receive a detailed explanation.
  1. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
  • Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent account suspension and legal action if necessary.
  • Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating disputes to resolve any concerns amicably.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
  • Change of Mind: Once a purchase is made, refunds will not be provided simply because a user no longer wishes to continue.
  • Failure to Pass Exams: Refunds will not be issued based on exam results or perceived effectiveness of study materials.
  • Subscription-Based Services: If you purchase a subscription, refunds are not granted for partial use or early cancellation.
